Prof. Dr. Arlindo Silva
Arlindo received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lisbon and has more than 30 years of teaching and research experience. He is currently an Associate Professor of Engineering Product Development at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, and an active member of PDMA, ASEE, ASME, ASTM International, INCOSE, DS, DRS and SPEE. He is also the Program Director for the new Master of Engineering in Innovation by Design at SUTD, a member of the Executive Committee of the Design Business Chamber Singapore, and a member of the Manufacturing Standards Committee, Singapore.
Prof. Dr. Edilson Pedro
Dr. Edilson Pedro is an Analyst at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation - MCTI and Professor at PROFNIT, UNB/CDT pole. Its trajectory registers coordination of research units; supervision of management contracts; evaluation of CT&I programs and projects; fundraising from FNDCT; development of the Legal Framework for the ST&I Policy; ministerial planning and governance of related entities; management of SETEC/MCTI's intellectual property and technology transfer instruments. Currently, he works in the Financing Structures and Project Costing Directorate of the MCTI Planning Secretariat.
Prof. Dr. Eurico Seabra

Prof. Dr. Gláucio Brandão
Professor in the emphasis Technological Business (UFRN), he helped to implement his incubator system, his technological park, his Innovation Center (currently AGIR), the Department of Biomedical Engineering and to operationalize the first Professional Master in CT&I in IFES in Brazil. Believing that innovative entrepreneurship is validated "out there", he implemented a project whose goal is to "create innovation environments within companies, using them as laboratory, mentoring staff and investments". Validated by CNPq, IncaaS is its best instrument for transferring Entrepreneurial Science to the Market.

Since 1999 he has been developing cultural, social and educational projects. He is a Curator in Visual Arts, Content and Education. Founder of Casa da Ribeira in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. Project Director at House Cultura. He was Secretary of Culture for the city of Natal/ RN and Director of Information and Communication at Centro Cultural São Paulo / SP. He coordinates the rAMPa arte museu paisagem, one of the largest Cultural Complexes under development in Brazil. The cultural equipment will be inaugurated in the first half of 2022.
