Innovation in communication: a practical approach to creating Chatbot with Artificial Intelligence for customer service.
The workshop aims to offer a practical experience in creating a chatbot, with the strategic objective of reducing attendances by frequent questions with doubts from students of an educational institution. Conversational systems and their agents are already a reality and increasingly popular in today's world. Such evolution is one of the main topics in the marketing, customer service, sales and after-sales strategies of the big brands in the market. The great success of this technology is due to the support of Artificial Intelligence technologies, in particular, Natural Language Processing, and the possibility of automation. We'll go through all phases of chatbot development, from planning to execution. During the workshop, the participant will have the opportunity to learn about various concepts, methods and innovation techniques, such as: Project Management, Human Centered Design and Design Thinking, cooperation tools and IBM Watson. In the end, it will be noticed that for a bot project it is necessary to have multidisciplinarity. The market is looking for professionals in this area, mainly because it is transforming businesses and promoting a better experience and communication between the company and its customers. What are you waiting for? Come and learn about this new market demand in which there is a shortage of professionals to meet the demand. No programming skills will be required.

K'idea
We often stop to find a solution to our challenges. How much time have you invested? And how many solutions have you found until today? Linus Pauling said, "The best way to have a good idea is to have a lot of ideas." but, can we have a lot of ideas considering different points of view… or even points of view that we ignore?
In a group of closed number participants, we will build, organize and tease a collective intelligence aimed at solving the challenges that the same participants will submit. The variety between points of view, reasoning and knowledge, joined to unconventional dynamics, will generate a bank of insights that will help in decision making.
The techniques used belong to design thinking, group dynamics, among others, have already been tested with entrepreneurs providing a series of insights and helping them to make business decisions that were reflected in the following months. Choose carefully to participate because this can have a deep (positive!) impact on your future choices :-)

TRIZ, beyond the books
Just like many different tools, a very common thought is to think that TRIZ is nothing but words on a paper and no one beyond engineering theorists would utilize it. However, it’s not only applicable to many different fields, but it can bring incredible practical results if put to good use. We will have the opportunity to go through real examples and how to work with this tool to bring real value to organizations.
